One of the bigger days.

Successfully cooked for 40 people at lunchtime - and no waste. First family meal this year at church, and proof why we should be doing this. Everyne ate everything, had a great time AND it even paid for itself.
Result - a nd some very effective home mission going on.

Came home ot find the ceiling in the hallway had collapsed all over the floor.

At five o'clock, a small leak in the kitchen ceiling became a flood when the central heating pipe burst and I got absolutely soaked standing holding it together for ten minutes until the plumber arrived to sort it.

Tired now. funny that...
