I keep turning up gigs. Each new version of The Timeline Project has at least one new date listed.
For the last couple of weeks I have been cross-referencing the European press cuttings to create version 5.2. Inspired by an Italian newspaper article posted on line recently from TGS in 1983 (which I think must refer to the show in Rome), I've added stuff that comes mostly from Italy and Spain, but also quite a few pieces from German with support from album reviews etc from Greece, Norway and Sweden.

Signed of 5.2 on 31 August. Previously 5.1 was completed at the end of May, after version 5.0 (a substantial revision) was uploaded around Christmas time. It's a work of four years now and I'm immensely proud of it.
Probably time to do a back up copy...

Signing of a version is always a sign that something else is about to turn up. And there it was. I need to do some more investigating as I suspect the date could be wrong, but it seems they shared the bill at some point during early 1978 with a certain young man called Terry H*ll when he first joined the Coventry Automat*cs.
Sniffing around this, and painstakingly searching through the 1978 venue websites turned up a poster and a ticket from K*inema in Dunfermline.
Ooh la la.
