150 hours work arrives on a CD in a small brown envelope. To be completed by August 15th.
150 hours, my ar*e. Call it 100. we can do this.
Immediately we finish dinner, maybe half six, Girl 1 arrives for a freak drop-in visit. SO good to see her agin, looking happy and fabulous after a week holiday in a tent with D. Turns out Tx knew all about this visit which was scheduled for 5pm in time to eat with us. That explains why she was pi**ed off when there was no-one here to eat all the extra food she and Flo had cooked.
Inconsiderate, that's what I'd call it. Bitch…
They stayed till eight. Didn't want to leave, nor was I in any hurry to end the hug. I felt the pain of parting today more acutely.
It is definitely true that the more i see them the more i miss them.
The girlfriend's deposit was paid today. I met a random stranger outside a house in Wilton Avenue, and handed over an envelope with £200 cash inside. I like Leila Fox - cute smile, breasts and everything…
Beer's tonight with our Church Administrator. Talk about being "stuck in the middle". A vital evening of interaction, building up what is an importan but currently quite weak relationship. Him upstairs recognnises that IR has a role to play that is currently unsupported and undervalued. I see things differently now, and have enough to go on so that I can at least present and understand both sides of the coin.
he IS looking for another full-time job, but doesn't want it known yet.
I hope he said all the things he wanted to.
A rewarding and constructive evening.
One beer too many
Mediation ooh ooh ooooh, that's what you need
if you wanna be Church Warden
A result. Stan has stopped swimming and we didn't go this week.
Sally's abscence has been strong for the last three sessions.
He has chosen to do karate instead and the club he wants to join with two friends has moved from our local community centre to Fleming Park! At 4pm on a Wednesday.
So, all is not lost and those Invisible Women could still disturb the dust on my sleeve
